Welcome to Takabajee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Takabajee ("we", "us") governing your use of the Takabajee platform ("Platform"). These Terms apply to the website, mobile app, and all other digital services offered by Takabajee.

Takabajee is an online betting platform offering users in Bangladesh the opportunity to bet on cricket, football, and a variety of other sports. It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions in full before using the platform. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Bangladeshi law. takabajee reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and registered users will be notified of any changes via email.

The following conditions must be met to register and participate in betting activities on the Takabajee platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Takabajee strictly prohibits betting by minors.
• You must not reside in any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
• You must complete registration with accurate and complete information.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of using this platform responsibly.
• Your account has not previously been cancelled or banned for any reason.
• You are placing bets on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person.

When registering on Takabajee, you are required to provide accurate information that belongs to you. Accounts created with false information will be terminated and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your account password strictly confidential.
• Each user may only maintain one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

KYC Verification

Takabajee follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to ensure financial security and prevent fraud. The following documents may be requested prior to withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Mobile Banking Account Details

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC verification is complete. This is done for your protection.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Takabajee. Violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in bets being voided.

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Takabajee decides to do so under exceptional circumstances.
• Takabajee reserves the right to void any bet recorded due to a system error or incorrect odds.
• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In live betting, bets may be rejected due to network latency.

Maximum Payout Limit

Takabajee sets a maximum payout limit for each bet and event. This limit is subject to change and is displayed on the platform. Even if winnings exceed the set limit, payment will only be made up to the maximum cap.

Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match is cancelled, suspended, or ends before the scheduled time, bets will be settled in accordance with Takabajee's own rules. Generally, if a match has not started, the stake will be refunded; if it is suspended after a specified number of overs, the result will be considered valid.

Takabajee supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are generally instant, though technical issues may occasionally cause a delay of up to 30 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes and no longer than 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile banking number used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected, withdrawals will be suspended pending investigation.

If you experience any issue with a transaction, contact our support team immediately. Keep a screenshot and reference number of the transaction — this will help us resolve the issue faster.

Welcome Bonus

• A bonus of a specified amount is available on your first deposit after registration.
• A minimum 5x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing welcome bonus winnings.

Deposit Bonus

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the takabajee platform and will be treated as a violation of these Terms & Conditions:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Impersonating a representative of Takabajee.
• Exploiting any system vulnerability or technical flaw.

Any involvement in the activities listed above will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds. Legal action may also be taken where necessary.

Takabajee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious or unusual betting activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• No account activity for an extended period (12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Appeals Process

If you believe your account has been suspended unfairly, you may appeal by emailing support@takabajee.im. We will review the matter within 48 hours. If the investigation clears you, your account will be reinstated and all funds will be returned.

Takabajee is committed to the wellbeing and mental health of its users. We provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit on how much you bet within a given time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account if you need to take a break for a while.

Under any circumstances, Takabajee's maximum liability to you is limited to the current balance in your account.

Takabajee reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• Registered users will be notified via email.
• Updated terms will take effect from the date the changes are made.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
• If you object to the updated terms, you may choose to close your account.
